Your organisation might enable this in the security settings of your ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise and can block access to Geovonic Connect.
Members can only sign in to external apps that are approved. If your organization limits the external apps that can be accessed, you must include Geovonic Connect to the list of approved apps.
Your ArcGIS Online administrator can confirm the setting by going to Organization -> Settings -> Security -> Apps. It is likely that they will see that the “Members can only sign in to external apps that are approved” setting is enabled.
Add Geovonic Connect to the Approved apps list.
- Click “Add approved app“
- Enter the Geovonic Connect Client ID:

- Wait for the name “Geovonic Connect” to appear. Select it.
- Click Save
You should now be able to sign in to Geovonic.
