Most updates to the Geovonic Connect widget are delivered over-the-wire, with the updates being applied on our servers being automatically picked up in your web applications. From time to time, you may need to install the latest version of the widget to pick up the changes. This article describes the process for updating the widget.

ArcGIS Experience Builder Launcher
The ArcGIS Experience Builder Launcher is used to open an Experience Builder app with some features (one or many) selected and the map zoomed to the selected feature(s).
App Launchers – Launch by URL
App launchers are used to trigger workflows or open applications. The app launcher is typically triggered by a map user selecting the launcher tool: in some circumstances, app launchers can be triggered directly from a web request with no map selection. This is referred to as Launch by URL.
Generic HTTP Web Service Data Source
The Generic HTTP Web Service data source allows you to fetch real-time data from any web service following the prescribed interface specification.
Civica Authority Altitude Workflow Launchers
Geovonic Connect includes App Launcher plugins to support sophisticated workflows in Civica Authority Altitude (CAA). Working in collaboration, the GIS mapping applications are used to select a group of properties to be passed to CAA for processing. There are currently two Civica Authority Altitude workflows supported by Geovonic Connect: Bulk Letter Generator Map Neighbours
Generic HTTP Request Launcher
The Generic HTTP Request Launcher in Geovonic Connect lets you send selected map features to a web service for custom processing. It’s perfect for automating workflows like sending data to Microsoft Power Automate, triggering emails, updating databases, or calling REST APIs.
